Makes decisions/plans/budgets for both 2 high schools (Hanover Park and Whippany Park)
Makes the staff/teachers user friendly
Ensure that teachers grow in a positive way and know the best methods of teaching students so students leave high school with the best education possible
Open up more classes to students
Spread the “belief system” – students ‘believe’ they can achieve greatness
Goals for the District:
Create opportunities for all students (meet high quality academic standards)
Strengthen collaboration and communication amongst all stakeholders within the Hanover Park Regional High School
